Instant Biotics contains live yeast, which supports colonization of the intestine with health-promoting microorganisms. The prebiotic ingredients are oligofructoses (fructo-oligosaccharides and mannan-oligosaccharides), which promote the growth of “the good microorganisms” in the intestine. Instant Biotics supports a sustainable colonization of “good bacteria” in the intestine, which subsequently displaces harmful bacteria and builds a healthy, stable intestinal flora.
